New Mexico santero, Nicholas Herrera, weaves contemporary storytelling with traditional folk art. Artist Michelle Lassaline combines painting, performance and mask-making. Pulitzer prize-winning photojournalist Eddie Adams was often troubled that photos don’t tell the whole story. And Juan Trujillo and wife Stefani Schrimpf, of the Kansas City Ballet, teach young ballet dancers.
