The Holy Family Parish in Arcadia, Wis. hosts a significant new immigrant population — Hispanics from Mexico and Central America drawn by jobs at the furniture factory and a chicken processing plant. This population is in many ways revitalizing Arcadia whose downtown is full of both English and Spanish-speaking businesses with a notable lack of empty storefronts. But it has not always been easy.
