Bret Amundson is netting and smoking tullibees with Mark and Jason Markkula near Park Rapids. Netting is a traditional way to fish for tullibees, which are in the trout/salmon family. The small white fish are generally forage for game species like walleye, muskie, northerns and lake trout, but are delicious smoked.
